Why should I donate?

By donating you will become one of our Royal Members. This enables you to access a much wider collection of anime on a faster service where you will no longer have to experience "server busy" issues. Essentially no wait time and you will be able to enjoy your anime instantly. This also helps out animeEDEN by paying for our server expenses to keep the site going.

How much does it cost?

A minimum of 5 U.S. dollars per month or more must be donated. Any other currency that's equivalent or greater than 5 U.S. dollars is also acceptable.

How fast is the speed?

It is really depend on the distance between your computer and our servers, the closer to our servers (Chicago, USA) the easier to get the maximum connection speed.

How long will this last?

Each $5 donation lasts 1 month premium access. So, say you donated on September 25 your premium access will end on October 25.

Do I have a limit?

There is NO limit to how much you can download as long as certain rules are followed such as no account sharing, and no more than 5 concurrent connections.

How do I pay?

How long does it take to confirm the account?

If your PayPal account is verified and the payment is cleared, you will have the access instantly. If you are paid by echeck, you have to wait until it cleared from the bank.

How do I know when my account status ends?

You can find this information when your view you profile. It will say when you subscribed and when the subscription ends. Only you have access to this information, others viewing your profile will see blanks.

You don't have the anime that I want to download on your list.

As a Premium Member you have the option of sending in requests. It is not guaranteed that you will recieve your request due to several reasons. Such as the anime you've requested is impossible to find, or there have been several requests and it is a first come first serve basis where you would have to wait for your turn for us to upload that specific series. We try our best to fulfill all anime requests within a reasonable amount of time.

Why should I join your site when there are other websites that offer the same service?

Compared to a lot of other websites, animeEDEN tries to keep this as much as a big community as possible. We have great members here already providing support and a great atmosphere. We do not compile a bunch of websites together to provide you with this service, everything is provided by animeEDEN ourselves so the speeds are quicker, navigation on the site and organization is not a problem. Generally it is your decision which website you decide to contribute to, and you are always free to register at any time and drop by the forums to get a feel for our community.

How can I cancel my premium subscription?

You can cancel your subscription from your transaction history in PayPal.

A subscription can be canceled up until the day of the next scheduled payment.

To cancel an Active Subscription:

Here's How:

1. Click the My Account tab.
2. Click the History subtab.
3. Choose the Subscriptions field from the Show dropdown menu.
4. Check the From box and change the date back 2 years.
5. Click Search.
6. To view the details of a specific Subscription Creation, click Details in the Details column.
7. At the bottom of this page, click Cancel Subscription.
8. On the confirmation page, click Cancel Subscription again.
