Decent Fights...Left some aspects in the air

I did find the fights to be very good. However, they overhype and over use episodes on less important fights and use the end fights, which could and should have been longer, poorly. The story was well constructed to a certain degree. Yes, you start to learn more and more about Maki as episodes pass. However, at some point, perhaps i wasn't paying attention, i got a little lost. At the end, it seems that they rushed to finish though. They introduce some characters and leave them hanging at the end. I will point mostly to Shinnosuke who disappears part way into the series and vanishes. There was definitely more episodes in here for more quality fights. Also, the higher level fighters in this are left out to air. (get it?) The drawing is done well enough. Not the best, but definitely not horrible. The voice acting had me bouncing from fine to angry. Mina can get grating after awhile and Renge and Sakiyama had me put off from the start. Over all, this isn't a bad series, but if you are looking for something more air tight, (get it? bad puns) i would suggest trying else where. I would probably watch again for some of the fights, but only one or two. Overall: C+

Cool fights, annoying little girl.

I would have given this series more stars if it weren't for who has to be, the most irritating character in anime history. I'm talking about Minachan, whose voice is -how should I put it- like fingernails on a chalkboard.

Not Bad

Cool fights but "strange characters". Not bad if you want to watch something to pass the time. However its one reall downfall is that the little girl that follows the main character around is EXTREMELY anoying. I still prefer Claymore and Kaze no stigama over this but to each there own.

I hated that

I'm sorry but i found it terrible, I hated all the characters and the plot. I thought it would get better but it absolutely did not. The action was good, but it was wasted on dull combatants.

i saw the first ep and thought.........

is it me or is she(Airmaster) BD or what?
and no i don't think that is a bad thing.the first fight was so cool.the sawed-off little runt is a big bad point.i can't wait to see the rest of the anime.and if you can't figure out what BD stands for it's Bull D__e.

Nice anime but with some flaws

Great fighting scenes, but the main character Airmaster get's boring to watch because she's to strong. The other street fighters is far more interesting. This anime also has one of the most annoying characters I've seen, Mina-chan. A stupid, loud, big breasted teenager with no self confidence who always needs Airmasters support. The picture of women some japanese animestudios has is just embarrising.

But accept those problems, this is a good series with many cool fighters and many really nice fighting scenes. The story? There's isn't one.
