It's love!

I love this anime - 100%! It's not just that the characters are so cute and so on, but it's the meaning behind it all. Watching Kippei-kun grow into a more responsible person, watching him learn what it means to put someone elses needs before his and his need to protect little Yuzuyu-chan. Then you have the second story woven through that of Kokoro and unhappiness. The intricate way in which she come to see Kippei-kun in a new light, to open up to him.

Then you have to love Kippei's sister and family, they are sooo funny in some ways, but they are also a well built family. Very awesome.

I recommend this to anyone who doesn't mind extreme cuteness and can look behind the anime to see its wonderful message. One of the most enjoyable I have ever seen.

Too Much.

It was too cute and too girly. It's one of those shows that makes you embarrassed even when you're watching it alone.
Considering it's 26 episodes long, with each ep being around 22 minutes, it definitely wasn't worth the 9 hours and 32 minutes.

I'm in love!!!

So i often found my self having to go outside to do something manly to balance this out. but i just couldnt stop watching half the time. Yuzu is just too much, the only thing that would have made it perfect would have been some type of resoulution. And i was often on the edge to see what would happen between kippie and kokoro-chin!

It's great! =D

This was the best anime i've watched so far! Yeah i agree that Yuzu was pretty mature for her age. Its pretty sad at the end though. And i have a that confuses me ,at the end when he mum calls to her 'Shou-chans here!' is it that little boy that moved to the city? =0

Its a sunday morning watcher

Definitely a great relaxing anime to watch. It holds all the elements of a sad anime, but also a lot of heart warming moments. Although it really didn't have a climax, action, or anything along those lines, it will deserve the 4 star rating.

Too cute!

This anime was PURE kawaii-ness =)
Yuzu was the type of character that you never got annoyed with... I thought she would've been an annoying little child, but no, she was pretty mature for a 5-year-old lol ^^
The romance could've been more developed, there wasn't much to it and a lot of the it was still focused on Yuzu.

The only downside was that I found it boring at times... there wasn't much plot besides Yuzu and her mom... and sometimes Kokoro...
And the fact that the ending wasn't really an ending... I felt like there was no CLIMAX in the story, it just kinda played episode by episode.

It's still worth the watch ^^ Definitely really cute! The animation is also a minus =S but who cares! Yuzu is ADORABLE~!

I love this

I don't know why I like it so much... Maybe it's because it misses a few elements in other manga that I've read. Some parts make me laugh, and there really isn't too too much romance going on. Maybe I thought this was pretty good is because I've never had a sibling that much younger than me to actually act like the "good big brother" like Kippei. Also, unlike recent anime, it's mostly, if not all, hand drawn, just like the nice old ones like Fist of the North Star or Lupin the Third. I don't know about other people, but I'm giving this anime 5 stars.

definitely worth watching

its a high spirited anime that would be very good at getting one over a very sad anime.

Kawaiiness!

This anime is so kawaii! the only reason why i won't give it 5 stars is the fact that the animation quality fails in a lot os aspects - still, even though the story itself if quite sad, this anime is so cute! And it is also a good way to learn a bit about the daily life of people in Japan. Too bad the ending is different from the original manga (in the end of the original manga Yuzuyu actually meets her mother again and everything ends alright as well).

Oni, oni, giri giri, onigiri! :D
