Having trouble with mkv files? I normally use vlc but the mkv files did not run smoothly so i use SM player. it is the best player i have found to date for every mkv file that has caused me trouble. SMplayer, take a look i hope this helps

The OVA represents all that is 1980s anime. Synth soundtrack, s#*tty animation, corny sound fx... These all give it that nostalgic feel. The new version is much better in those regards, but it does not portray the dissatisfaction and tensions within the utopian world as well as the OVA. Still there's tons of great action and plenty of 'pretty' scenes.

I'm new so pardon my ignorance... I watched this through the japanese channel, "Wowow". The language is japanese so I didn't understand a word they are saying! judging from the great animation and the flashy robots, i think it has a good story... man, i've gotta watch the movie with subtitles...

Having some issues with the subtitles showing up or they blink to the spoken words. Other MKV files dont do this for me. So, plese post if you have problems as well. it might just be me, I don't know.

I consider both the OVA/Movie to be just average, despite the fact that the manga is absolutely brilliant. Same problem with Akira. The scope and depth of both mangas, simply cannot be told in a Movie or 1 eps OVA.
