Beautiful

I cry every time I watch it, it's so touching and sad. But it's still worth a watch.

So touching

This movie evoke a lot of feelings in me. I had to smile and I had to cry. I was shocked and amazed. It truly is a masterpiece both in story and art (like every Ghibli movie). We should be happy for living in such a (more or less) peaceful time. Maybe Bush should watch this movie.

Takes you on the other side

Remember when you were told how many American and Allied soldiers were killed in WWII? Well, this movie views it on the Japanese perspective. This masterpiece follows the journey of a brother and a sister and their sad journey after their city was bombed. Truly a masterpiece indeed.
