RahXephon
In the year 2012, a mysterious organisation called "MU" suddenly attacks Tokyo.
At the time, Ayato Kamina is just a regular high school student. His father had passed away when he was young, and his mother works for the government. Ayato meets a mysterious woman named Reika Mishima and discovers the existence of the angel-winged giant robot, Rahxephon. Apparently, Rahxephon is synchronised with Ayato. Might he be the key to Japan's salvation?

I watched, wished there was more, but then again that would spoil it.
To discribe this, well.... I thought it was a bit odd, but i couldnt stop watching!!!
Of Course, The Manga is Better
I love the series, I love the mangas, but seriously... don't give us hope that the movie can be downloaded then tell us it can't. Change the links to say licenced. Thank you.

But the opening song "Hemisphere" is one of the best anime OP's I've ever heard! It's brilliant!!
Whilst not as good as "a Little Pain" from Nana it ranks in the top 3 all time favourite OP's.
Even if you don't like mecha anime watch this just for it's OP :D

Great anime
This is a really great anime. But don't write off this as being completely different from EVA. While there are plenty of differences... the similarities are there (they even have a point where he is sinking into a subspace! they call it the same name... can't remember exactly). While evangelion gives a better overall story, Rahxephon wins in 3 distinct categories:
1) Better drawn (EVA is old, love how EVA looks, but RahXephon is like 15 years more recent)
2) The main character is not a whiny little *****
3) An honest to god ending! (no spoilers, but this finishes itself in a way that evangelion didn't come close to)
I definitely recommend this anime, but don't go into it expecting EVA... and don't go into it not expecting some EVA too.

Well, 1st off, try not to compare this to EVA. This anime is good on its own. Deep plot, solid characters and good BGM. And it looks at various character's development and emotions. Mecha is pretty cool too hehe~

1st of all, i wish to say that, those who are looking for a complex anime which holds a deep and complex story that you will get the clue only if you watch until the end, then this anime is for you, no flash backs, good story line, nice chain of events, i just definitely love it, i did just come to watch all of it, somehow i did not watch the movie, will try to buy it soon, i only complain about the ending song which is definitely the inverse of the opening, i mean, there is nothing related, but anyways, whoever wish to watch this anime, forget about people who told you that it is same as evangelion, gundam has robots, voltron has robot, and what, should all anime be called evangelion pff, it is really worth, watch it
Fairly good anime
It was an entertaining anime which I thought seemed similar to Neon Genesis Evangelion in regards to the fighting that went on. There was usually a one on one face off but the ending is totally bizarre. Very good anime though.
Like EVA but..
I liked this a lot more than EVA anyway (except EVA intro song is king). I seem to like the Rahxephon Outro song a lot for some reason too.
Can someone who's downloaded it please tell whether its the sub or dub for myself and other users.
