Ongoing Server Problems?

Hi all again!

This has been an icky month of server down time! It's been unlucky, most of it not our fault as the servers sometimes just can't handle so many of you peeps at once and crashes :o!!! (this is also why speeds are down as people are constantly re-clicking links and hammering the server multiple times) Sometimes its also the server hosts fault as something screwy happens at their ends (power outages) or what not!

What we're planning to do is hopefully getting a new powerful server and combine all the many servers we currently have (10+) into one giant server so itd be easier to maintain and handle PREMIUM and MAIN SITE problems together - this will also help to increase anime update speeds on the main site (yes we know updates have been slow).  That will be coming soon so in the mean time, currently I believe all the other servers including manga servers are working except m19.

For MAIN site users, please be patient as these are FREE servers that we are constantly going back and forth in maintaining.

I also apologize for not being able to answer everyones emails regarding downloading problems, there have been way too many and I've also been out of commission for a week or so with real life work.  So if its NOT regarding a download problem from m19 (unless there is another server thats off T_T) OR staff position requests, and you haven't heard a reply, please feel free to resend any other questions (file corruptions, account problems) to our support gmail and I'll help you out to the best of my ability there.

I also want to thank Glitch and HooLooVoo and our other staff members for maintaining our site during these down times.

PHEW long news, and I totally bumped Glitch's AE awards so please read that RIGHT below this news!!!

Seriously, i've noticed this also and without any sort of reasoning behind it. It'll be bad enough when all the files are on one server and EVERY single member is downloading off that server at around 14kbps. Not to mention when the server crashes the entire premium section will be down, along with longer periods of time having to be invested to upload onto a single server. I could understand if this was the free section but in the premium this is a business transaction which isn't hold up on both ends.

sorry glitch and the gang, i gotta agree with these guys, I love the site and I cannot find a reason why the site has stopped uploading and there is no post saying as to why. if there's a problem let us know so we can deal with it or if they are wusses then not deal. It's just that we pay for the premium to get up to date fast connectivity and without warning, we lost that. just let us know, that's all we really need.

I really have noticed it. When I first joined I was getting fantastic download speed. Like 300-400 kb/s. But now I'm barely getting 20. Hopefully you guy will get your new server up and fix this.
