There are many people who are having issues about download our files, so I wrote this tutorial of how to use the FlashGet program in order to make things clearer. I would strongly recommend to use FlashGet, because it allows you to download the files quicker and resume unfinished download from the moment when it was interrupted, so you don't need to start the downloading process again after being disconnected. You can download it at their Offical site. The version that I am using for this tutorial is 1.81.

1. I hope the installation is easy for everyone; basically just click the "Next" button to finish up the installation. BE CAUTIOUS: it will ask you if you want to install the Google toolbar, and if you don't want it, uncheck it. After you installed the software, the main screen will look like this:

2. Now find a file that you would like to download at our site; I picked the Naruto Episode 002 from the Naruto Series page for the example. In the Naruto Episode 002 download page, you should see a Click Here to Download link below the Download section. As you can see it is not the big Orange button labelled "Download" that I clicked. Right-click on the link, and click "Copy Link Location" in FireFox (or "Copy Shortcut" in Internet Explorer).

3. Now go back to FlashGet, and click on the "New Download" button (or at the menu, Jobs > New Download)

4. A download dialog will pop up.

1. Paste the link URL to the URL field. The URL should looks similiar to http://www.anime-eden.com/dl/anime/auto/...
2. Pick a directory where you want to save the file to at the Save to field.
3. Put in number 1 or 2 at the maximum part for main site. We only allow up to 2 connections per IP address/account, so you can download 2 files at the same time or 1 file at faster speed. You may get banned or an error message for too many connections.
4. Check the Login to Server checkbox, and type in your login information at our site. If you don't have an account or our site doesn't recognize you even if you have requested the forgotten password, please try to re-register a new account with a VALID email address, otherwise you will not receive our confirmation email, and your account will prune again later.
5. Double check the setting, it should be similiar to the screen shot below, and then click "OK" button to start the download.

5. When the download has begun, you should see the graph moving and "Start Receiving Data" in log window.

If you can't download the files, there are some error codes for you to determine the problem in the log (Click on the Jet 1, 2, .. to view the log)

• HTTP/1.0 404 Not Found
  It means the file does not exists in the server or the URL is invalid.
  Each link we provided is set to expire after 7 days, so you may want to try to re-copy the link from our site.
  Any missing file will be disabled within an hour and undergo modification, so try it again later.
• HTTP/1.0 401 Unauthorized
  It means the login information you provided is invalid or you don't have the permission to access the file.
  Please make sure your have the correct login information and confirmed your email address with our system. Sometimes, the confirmation email may be filtered by your spam filter, so please check it in your junk/spam box. If you still haven't receive any confirmation email from our system, then you can change the email address in Settings > Email Address and Password for re-sending the confirmation email.
• HTTP/1.0 503 Service Unavailable
  It means you have to wait for a couple minutes to cool down the downloading process.
• HTTP/1.0 403 Forbidden
  It usually means the server is busy right now or you are using over 2 connections.
  FlashGet will re-try every couple seconds for you, or you will have to re-try it again later.

Basically thats it, although it is not the quickest method to download, but it should give you a headstart on using the program. Most of the time, our servers are quite busy and slow, since there are thousands of people downloading at the same time, so please be patient, and let the program re-try it again later. Also you can try to download the files at the off-peak hours, usually after 10pm Eastern Time in USA.
